By filling out the contact form on the website, personal data is left behind. This includes; name, email address and phone number, where the request is made to Hardicraft to contact the person leaving this data. This is also the purpose for which these personal data are requested. Thus, explicit consent is sought. The information provided is only available to employees of Hardicraft. The data are used only for the purposes mentioned above and are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained. Hardicraft's website is secured with an SSL certificate. Also, at Hardicraft's webshop, permission is requested to leave name, email address and phone number. You are also asked to provide address information and bank account number. The webshop is also secured with an SSL certificate.

Purpose of processing
Personal data provided to Hardicraft may be processed by Hardicraft on the basis of agreements made and agreements to be executed. For employees it concerns matters that are necessary to adequately fulfill the employership. In addition to name and address details, this includes personal information such as birth dates, Social Security Numbers, copy of the identity card, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers and data related to the performance of the employee. For clients, this concerns only names, email addresses and phone numbers. In addition, Hardicraft has processors agreement in which privacy agreements are established with customers and suppliers.
Hardicraft has a register of processing in which processing of personal data is recorded with the associated purposes. The risks and appropriate measures to capture these risks are also recorded in this register.
If customers or other data subjects wish to request, change or delete personal data, they can do so by e-mail to the Data Protection Officer (FG) at Hardicraft . Data subjects have the right to inspect, the right to correct, the right to restrict data processing and the right to be forgotten. Processing of personal data will be limited by Hardicraft as much as possible.
Hardicraft will not share personal data with third parties if this is not necessary for the proper performance of services and no agreements have been made with the person involved. Only by order of a court order can Hardicraft be obliged to provide personal data. This is a legal obligation.
Complaints
If Hardicraft stakeholders have complaints about the processing of personal data, a complaint can be submitted to the FG of Hardicraft.
