You can pay in several ways: including iDeal, Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer. Please note that you are responsible for completing your payment. If you will make a prepayment, we will only send out your order when your payment has been received.

When placing your order, you ensure that you always go through all the steps of the ordering process, until you receive an (order) confirmation screen. You will also receive this confirmation by email. If your payment is not successful, you can still make the payment afterwards after you login and check your order overview. 
 Please note that you are responsible for making your payment.

We aim to send out standard orders within 3 business days.
 
We are unable to provide a set delivery date as we depend on our couriers to deliver your order.

It may unexpectedly happen that you are missing something in your package or that you are not satisfied with the yarn supplied and you cannot complete the pattern. In this case, it is best to first contact the point of sale where you purchased the package. They can often help you immediately, after which we will handle this further with the relevant retailer.

In the cast that it is not possible, you can use our  contact form to request a subsequent delivery of yarn or accessories. To ensure that we send the correct item, we ask that you include a photo of the original package and label.

During the design of our packages, a large yarn margin is always carefully taken into account to ensure that there is sufficient yarn in the packages. As a check, new packages are always processed again to ensure that the amount of yarn is really more than sufficient.

Most people get stuck with the explanation after round 43. You crochet round 43 in spirals, from round 44 you work in rows. The trick here is to literally do what it says, and think about what it should look like: this will be the white point on the front of the bus. Don’t worry about the fact that it looks a bit skewed because you work back over row 44 and 43, you won’t see that anymore.
